Meet Our Crew: Juan

Juan has a strong work ethic and is known around our office for his constant willingness to learn more and take on new tasks.

Juan Rivera is a Production Technician and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Juan has a strong work ethic and is known around our office for his constant willingness to learn more and take on new tasks.

He has been working with SERVPRO of Lawrence, SERVPRO of Salem/Plaistow and SERVPRO of The Andovers for ten and a half years, while being in the industry for nine and a half. Juan is one of the hardest working and most dependable employees we have. We know if we want the job done with care, efficiency and detail; we put Juan on the job!!

Juan has two children and enjoys exercising when not at work.
